7 cliches you should never use in a job interview
Job interviews inherently invite anxiety and therefore make it easy to lean on oft-repeated exoressions about leadershio and teamwork.
You are better than this.
Be specific and skip the cliches.
Be More Specific.
1. I am a team player
I have experience Coordinating group projects
Let them make their own opinions
2.I am the perfect fit for this job
3. I am open to anything
This shows desperation. Be confident in offering your specific skills
4. I am a perfectionist
This makes you seem untruthful.
Admit to your weaknesses and how you will improve
5. I am a workaholic
It is great that you enjoy work. But can you prioritizze tasks.
6. I have a good leadership skills
leading what? Give a specific example relevant to the position
7. I was not appreciated at my last job
This alludes to covering up the real reasons why you left.
